President Donald Trump signs Right To Try Act

“People who are terminally ill should not have to go from country to country to seek a cure. I want to give them a chance right here at home. It is time for the Congress to give these wonderful, incredible Americans the right to try.” So, as displayed in the broadcast from the White House, Donald Trump has signed The Right To Try Act allowing patients to try medications that have not been approved by the FDA. With all the states with medical cannabis programs, along with the PTSD study that’s being conducted by MAPS… Things are looking up, right? Then, almost in the same breath I see this:

So, I have to pose the question here:

Does everyone have the right to try? Or is this only for the strong? 15 year old David went from having 10 recorded seizures per day to zero from cannabis consumption. Yes, ZERO. Now David doesn’t have his parents and he’s back to having seizures. 6 year waiting list for a medical card and the medicine is illegal to get? Tearing a family apart? A Right To Try? Not in Georgia.
