CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) –
A newly-installed surveillance camera system has helped police in Cumberland County make another arrest.
Carlisle police said an officer monitoring the cameras in Memorial Park saw a man carrying a plastic baggie of marijuana.
Within 12 minutes, police said the officer went to the park, arrested 25-year-old Bryan Harden of Long Island, NY, and recovered the pot that was still in his hands.
Police used the video surveillance system last month to make an arrest in a road rage incident.
The cameras are always rolling.
